No vegan options when we visited. Server suggested sheep cheese as a ‘vegan’ alternative.

Nettes Café - Edit
It’s a nice little Café in the midst of Heidelberg with 1 or 2 vegan cake options and of course plant based milk for your coffee. You can also have a vegan breakfast menu but I haven’t tried that yet.

Cute little cafe/bistro with nice owners - Edit
Very centrally located café right at the Universitätsplatz in Heidelbergs Oldtown. Owners are super nice and are happy to offer different vegan options. and the food is good.
