Best place to get food and advice in this part of the country - Edit
This is a small shop but well stocked and with the nicest owner ever. He will be happy to not only advice you on the many products he sells but also point to local restaurants who can support your diet, recommend hidden nature spots to visit and maybe even show off his massive "VEGAN" tattoo that he got on his back over 20 years ago ;)

The only vegetarian shop in Suwalki - Edit
The shop is vegetarian, not 100% vegan. I haven't checked all the ingredients, but in some powdered milks there was casein.
It's quite a small shop and it's a bit messy (feels a bit underground), but there seemed to be a lot of products: vegan yoghurt, sausages, margarine, several kinds of vegan milk, pasta, cookies, oil, canned produce, supplements and things like that.
The guy couldn't speak almost any English, but was really friendly and even let us in when we arrived after the shop had already been closed.
Cash only.
Four cows, only because the shop is not 100% vegan.
Pros: A lot of things, Friendly staff, Easy to find
Cons: Cash only, Not very cheap
