By far the best food I had on my Bosnia trip. Super fresh and whole foods based. The Falafel protein bowl was so good and flavourful. Really accommodating with allergies and super friendly. Bit of a walk but so worth it.

2025 review: Glad to have returned here after several years and the quality is still high! The food is a little pricey but it is wholesome, filling, and fresh, so I think it is worth it. The cafe is beautiful and in a different location to when I first visited but still not super close to the centre. The car park out front was quite full as the building serves several businesses. There is also a lot of restricted parking around it so if you're driving, it's probably best to go a few blocks further and park in the residential area.
Read more2019 review: This cafe in the middle of a bunch of tall apartment buildings in not the most attractive neighborhood, but it was worth the tram ride and walk (30 minutes total one way which really isn't so far). The food I tried was great and the cafe was really hip and comfortable to hang out in. I highly recommend the chickpea tuna sandwich!

Beautiful interior seating, lots of plants and books. Extensive menu. Had the polenta, a traditional dish that was very good. Unfortunately the waitress brought me the wrong appetizer and didn’t even apologise or offer to bring the right one. That’s why I give 4 stars for this vegan bistro.

Was here a couple of times in 2019. Tasty delicious food. Not the easiest place to reach, but definitely worth it. The café/restaurant itself is cozy and the music was great (clash, zz top, nirvana, linkin park, metallica).

Cute Vegan Cafe. - Edit
This is a cute cafe with some sandwiches, wraps and salad. Also some juices and a full coffee bar. Everything I had here was great. They have English menus but they aren’t always out so just ask. The staff is super delightful and if you happen to be Irish then you will basically be treated as a rockstar.

Took a half hour tram ride to eat here. Got the avocado toast which was unique, an apple carrot beet juice and one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. Not sure what it was but it had poppy seeds in it. It was so good that I had to get a slice to go as well.

It was an interesting long walk getting to bistro ZDRAVO and in the end I was rewarded with the most tasty breakfast: oats bowl, toast, chicory coffee. They also have a mini shop next to the counter. I hope they do well and open up more branches.

We spent a few hours here when we missed a bus(17 mins pasts the bus station, out of town). Sofas are very comfy and staff nice. Good ingredients. The pea soup was cold, a raw blend, and tastes healthy. Cakes yummy. Prices reasonable.

It's great to see that Zdravo had expanded, their new location is a lovely space. The food is crafted with quality, healthy ingredients. Highly recommended buying their "parmesan" to take home, I put it on everything (salads, popcorn, pasta, etc). The spinach soup is one of my favorite items on the menu. Only thing I wouldn't recommend would be their coffee, it's not the best but there are plenty of nice drink options.
