Probably the newest restaurant in Valencia yet the least vegan friendly - Edit
I went in December 2021 and the only thing I could eat was a poke. It was ok, quite basic to be fair.
Read moreThe place is very nice and they offer a little show as well, I’ve learned they recently hired someone to prepare fine cocktails and they are good. But certainly food is not their biggest flex. Waiters were not aware of what vegan meant and they obviously didn’t offer any option, alternative or combination of ingredients to create a vegan dish.
