Super delicious food & super helpful and friendly staff - Edit
My friend and I had the two different meal deals for brunch (small and large). The food was excellent, just remember to ask for no honey on the toastie because mine came with it on and I ate it anyway to save it going to waste. The cookies weren’t to my liking, quite soft and maybe too salty?

Delicious vegan options at Zaza - Edit
I recently visited Zaza, a charming coffee shop offering vegan options clearly labelled, and had a good experience. I tried the vegan burger and the French toast (a brioche). Both dishes were very tasty and generously portioned. The burger was quite unique, with a patty that seemed more like scrambled tofu, but it was still enjoyable.

Surprisingly good vegan options - Edit
We came here for a quick breakfast on our last day in Toulouse and we were greatly surprised by the amount and quality of vegan options they had, all of them labelled. They even had a vegan cheesecake! We tried a couple of things including the cinnamon roll, riz au lait (rice pudding) and pistachio cheese cake and we loved everything. Furthermore the coffee was super good (they even sell the beans).
Read moreAlso, the place is quite big and very cozy. They have board games and books that you can borrow and the staff was super welcome and accommodating and spoke English. Overall, I regret not coming here earlier!

Better options than many of the vegan and vegetarian restaurants in Tolouse.
Read moreWe enjoyed excellent coffee and delicious baked goods, as well as the best rice pudding I've ever had. Many dishes are vegan by default and most of the dishes can be made vegan.
To top it off, this was the friendliest service we had in France and it was a very comfortable locale.
Let me give them 5 stars Happy Cow®!!!

Zaza est pour moi l'endroit parfait où venir avec n'importe qui : situé en centre ville, nourriture qui plaît à tout le monde, déco incroyable, personnel très sympathique et possibilité de profiter des jeux sur place.

Le café est bon, possibilité de remplacer le lait animal par du lait d'avoine. J'ai testé un cookie, une financier au citron et un cinnamon rolls. Tout était très bon mais j'ai eu un gros coup de coeur sur le cinnamon rolls! Personnel extrêmement sympa.

J’ai pris un club sandwich vegan (tofu fumé, champignons et fêta vegan), il était très bon et ça change des toasts à l’avocat ! Le staff est très sympa, j’ai même eu la compagnie d’un adorable petit chien.

Ouvert depuis septembre 2020, Zaza propose une petite carte avec quelques options vegan en semaine ainsi qu'un brunch le dimanche. Lorsque j'y suis allé, 2 plats vegan étaient proposés.

le café est sur 2 étages et possède quelques tables en extérieur, l'ambiance du lieu est agréable.
J'y ai bien mangé bien que j'ai trouvé les portions un peu petites. J'y retournerai plus facilement pour un café et un gâteau que pour y manger le midi.

When we went there, there was two vegan plates options and few vegan pastries options, some of them gluten free.
Read moreI tried the vegan tacos, which were very good but the portion was very small. The homemade lemonade was really good too. I also had a peanut cookie that was okay.
Overall it was good but a little too expansive for the quantity !
