Zaza Bistro Tropical
Rua Joana Angelica 40 (at Rua Predente de Morais ), Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, 22420-030
Serves meat, vegan options available. A contemporary restaurant with a charming decor and a date night atmosphere. Most of the wait staff speak English and there is an English menu. An extensive drink menu and a 'veggies' section of the menu are available. Try the couscous with veggies and cashews and inform wait staff that you are vegan so no butter or chicken stock will be used. Other vegan choices are on offer; some of which are vegan or can be made vegan. A popular place, so best to make reservations or come early. Open Mon-Fri 12:00am-12:30am, Mon-Fri 7:30am-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-1:30am, Sat-Sun 1:30pm-12:00am.

Not Veg friendly - Edit
No idea why this place is in here.
There's literally *one* Vegie dish.
Super overpriced (70$ Real) for cous cous / curry. High quality, good ambiance. Impatient wait staff that have the attitude you're bothering them when really you're just trying to pay their wage by ordering food.
Positives: funky, cool and sophisticated. Overall wouldn't go back for eating purposes.

fancy place, not many options - Edit
The location and the environment is great here! This is one one my favourite places to gather non-veg friends, the second floor is adorable. But if you want to have good food and if you're vegan, there might be better options around
