Eat the burrainbow - Edit
Vegans are well catered for at this clean and colourful new outlet. Alongside the satisfying soy- and bean-based chilli zin carne protein option, there's a choice of black or white rice, black or pinto beans, and red chilli or green sauce. There's vegan cheese, the guac is vegan friendly and the corn salsa alongside the classic tomato is a treat. Burritos are recommended - jam-packed full of tasty freshness and colour. Quesadillas are a bit less successful as the vegan cheese isn't so melty but it has a good flavour, and the wedges flopped around rather than holding their shape so would be harder to eat on the go. Fillings are served from cheery casserole dishes instead of the usual stainless steel.
Read moreThe ethical mission of the brand to donate meals to those who need them is to be applauded, as is the almost plastic-free takeaway packaging (just the lid on the chilli sauce accompanying the quesadilla was plastic).
Pros: Great value, Speedy service
