Fine dining with a fully vegan option

It’s a slow food, fine dining place with Moroccan(?) staff and chef. They could handle vegan and gluten-free requests easily. Large choice of wine and good alcohol-free beer. I had a 3-course vegan menu and it was mostly marinated veg and fruit with dressing and nuts. The staff is very professional but might struggle to name some ingredients in English so it’s good to speak some Dutch or French. My dessert was excellent, which is rare for a non-vegan place: sorbet served with dark chocolate and fruit, very good quality. Also excellent bread (unusual for the Netherlands).
