Choices include uramaki, hosomaki, temaki, hot rolls, yakisoba, and tempura, and nigiri stuffed or coated with carrots, shitake, shimeji, cabbage, avocado, dried tomatoes, cucumbers, and broccoli. Open Mon 6:30pm-11:00pm, Tue-Sat 6:30pm-11:30pm.

Excellent variety - Edit
The owner's creativity draws out several vegan options only available here, where they have an entirely vegan menu and buffet. The "joes" taste the best, but I also like their rice hamburger and the rice stew. More and more, I think the all-you-can-eat option comes out cheaper than ordering individual dishes, since I don't really appreciate the harumakis, temakis, and rolls as much as the other dishes. Of course, this also depends on how much the customer eats. Either way, excellent alternatives and excellent taste. Definitely my favorite place to go for a vegan sushi.
