Unwelcoming Staff - Edit
I came today at 8pm on time for my dinner reservation and the person that was standing on the door (middle aged blonde male) was extremely racist as soon as I came in wearing the hijab he refused to give me my table even though on the phone he was telling me the reservation was confirmed. Well done on recruiting rude and racist employees that make you lose customers. If I can give it 0 stars I would but sadly i am unable to do that.

Staff are NOT happy to accommodate requests for changes in any of the non-vegan dishes - Edit
The wiater refused to replace the cheese and the ham on the pizzas we choosed by something else. When a 2nd wiater came to serve the pizzas, we saw they put a lot of ham on them. We told the waiter we asked to not put ham, and that the first waiter refused to replace it. Then this waiter suddenly got angry an very rude. They came back with correct pizzas, but they never apologized, never sai sorry. They didn't compensate for example by offering the coffes.
