Best vegan food - Edit
Hands down some of the best vegan food I have ever had, not just in Palestine. Traditional Palestinian dishes and home cooked comfort food all the way. I'm working my way through the whole menu, item by item, and I still haven't had a meal that I didn't love. The portions a very generous and will definitely leave you full.

Zada Kitchen beautifully marries Palestinian cuisine with a commitment to justice and peace for all beings. Since its beginning, Zada kitchen is a project that actualized from both the need of vegan options in Palestine as well as the need to preserve Palestinian culinary history and narratives. At Zada kitchen, you are sure to leave inspired and with a full and happy stomach. The portions are generous, the tastes are authentic, and the quality is unmatched and can compare easily with renowned restaurants in so-called “vegan capitals.” Important to mention, is the owner’s work in rescuing and advocating for animals whom this project sustains.

The vast experience of the people behind Zada Kitchen not only makes the Palestinian cuisine more accessible, cruelty free, but also even more mouth-watering and healthy. I usually prefer to cook for myself but Ahlam's food is so balanced and undeniable, that I sometimes skip cooking and simply order food from her. I have already placed orders for bigger groups (around 15 people+) and Zada Kitchen never disappoints. I absolutely love moments when dedicated non-vegans are entirely convinced by the meals Zada Kitchen prepares!
