Delicious Tex-Mex food, hard to stumble upon this place - Edit

You probably won't accidentally drive by here unless you're heading to the local resort, but it's worth going out of your way for. Their specials are always meat-based but they have a three-bean protein option for their main menu items. The tacos come in a crispy fried corn tortilla with an extra soft one to catch the inevitable filling that spills out. The burritos are massive and come in a wheat tortilla fried on all sides. The chili always comes hot and fresh and is enough to be a meal on its own. All dishes are loaded with veggies including fresh salsa, pickled onions, and a homemade cilantro sauce. This place advertises as vegetarian friendly and includes cheese and sour cream on most things, but omitting them doesn't feel like you're getting less food. You get a lot of food and it probably will get messy, so don't eat in the car but rather enjoy the outdoor seating.
