High quality food!

Had a plate with multiple things:
1) Letuce mit cucumber, strawberrys und blueberrys
2) Oven backed vegetables with mushroms, tomatos, aspargus, zucchini. Vegan pattys out of oats and lentils
3) Watermelon with onions
4) Beetroot with Agave-mustard Sauce and walnuts (absolute favorite!)

Costs for 1 vegan 3 meateaters (they had several options on seperate plates) came down to 29€ pP, for the food alone. I would guess something in the low 20s for the vegan food.
Pricy, but worth it!

Exzellent, sprechende Speisekarte, leckere Köchin und perfekte Gastgeberin.

Man wird individuell bekocht, Besitzerin fragt alles ab und kocht prima!

Pros: Individuelle Bestellung , Vegan und vegetarische Kost

Ultimate dedication to the customers wishes

We went to Werder and looked for something to eat. YVES´s was registered at HappyCow, but w/o any comments - so we gave it a chance, and did not regret it. When I asked for the menu, the lady owner said that she´s the menu😉- in other words: you tell her your preferences and she tells you what she can offer. No set menu, which has the drawback that you do not read what you get (and what you´ll pay for). Anyhow, we accepted the proposal and received a huge plate that combined starter, mains and desert:
bruschetta, seitan, mushrooms, tomatoes, with garlic, chili and herbs, all in olive oil - and some fruit.
The food was very fresh and delicicious. The seitan was hand made by Yvi (the lady owner) by washing out the gluten from the flour.
We were a bit scared about the bill, but the food had cost 40 EUR for the two of us. It was more than we would usually pay for lunch, but we felt that it was a fair price, given the quality of food, the process (just imagine washing out the gluten...), the "customized menu" - and Werder as location. If you feel uncomfortable about not knowing the price when ordering: just ask or tell your budget.

Pros: Fresh food, no convenience processes , Ultimate dedication to the customers wishes , location a bit off the beaten track on WERDER
