Delightful find - Edit
A tiny cafe/counter, owner with a big heart. Just three stools, tiny space in front of shop. Muffin, sweets, all super tasty and filling. Great coffee. Walked there after seeing Bomb Dome/Peace Park and Shukkeien Garden. Had a nice long, Google-Translate-assisted conversation with the shop owner, Naomi.

Yurumu ist ein sehr kleines, aber wunderschönes Café in Hiroshima. Man kann es sehr gut erreichen.
Read moreEs wird von einer sehr netten und freundlichen Frau betrieben, die zwar kein Englisch spricht, aber mit Hilfe von Übersetzern mit uns geredet hat. So haben wir uns trotz Sprachbarrieren unterhalten und ausgetauscht. Man hat sich also direkt willkommen gefühlt.
Ihre muffins waren sehr lecker und auch ihr Angebot war groß. Für VeganerInnen ist es perfekt. Es lohnt sich also definitiv einen kurzen Halt zu machen und den Alltag auszublenden.

Great little coffee shop with lovely owner! - Edit
Yurumu is a very tiny coffee shop in Hiroshima ran by a lovely Japanese woman. She is not vegan but she has different allergies so she decided to open this fully vegan place.
Read moreShe offers coffee with plant based milk, vegan scones and vegan muffins of 3 different flavors: chocolate, matcha and salted caramel. We tried it all and it was really amazing! 100% recommended.
I ordered a few muffins for a special birthday and it was great. Everyone loved them! The communication was great through Instagram although the owner doesn’t speak English but she uses Google Translator and it’s good enough.
The place is super cute, with some beautiful artwork designed by the owner’s daughter. 💚☺️

i went there and it was the cutest shop ever! it’s really small with only 4 seats but it was so cozy! the owner was so nice and let me use the private toilet behind the store and we talked about sightseeing spots and vegan restaurants in hiroshima ~
Read morethe matcha muffin with anko filling was so good and you could really taste the matcha! and the soy latte was really creamy with a lot of foam! 😲 i got some cookies for take away and they also taste really good (and not dry at all)
