Vegan not a burger - Edit
This health food store offers healthy food but has a very limited vegan menu. The vegan "burger" is a burger in the sense that it has a bun, and a round object in between - which happens to be a thick pineapple slice. The result is surprisingly good, but not what I think of as a burger. Kudos for being creative, and simple, but I would have preferred a more traditional approach.
