Great tofu bahn mi - Edit
Yummi is a Vietnamese/Tex Mex spot off 183 and Oak Knoll. I got the tofu bahn mi. It was so fresh and good. The baguette was fresh. All the veggies were crisp with a nice kick. The tofu of freshly fried. Excellent and all around $6. Nice family run business vegetarian/vegans should check out.

This place should be a lot more popular!! I got the tofu banh mi and the tofu tacos and the value was incredible, the tofu was incredible, and the bread was delicious. Will be returning, and often!!
