This is the worst review I've ever given. - Edit
We chose to go here for breakfast based on the other review on here. We were really looking forward to the vegan breakfast. Sadly, the experience was less than I'd hoped. Even before we sat down the waitress asked us to order drinks and seemed a bit frustrated when we asked for a moment to look at the menu. I'm not sure if we hit a busy time but all of the staff were in a noticeably bad mood. We ordered fruit juice with some cooked items. There were no vegan Sausages on the menu and very few vegan options. When they realised we were vegan they made an issue of having to cook the mushrooms without butter. The chef then sent out the waitress to confirm that we wanted granary bread as they 'didn' t want to offend a vegan' no vegan butter was on offer at all and the whole experience from start to finish was very uncomfortable. Imagine being an animal in a David Attenborough documentary. That is how we were made to feel. Almost as though we were the first vegans they'd seen. All that aside the food was not great. Beans were ropey and the mushrooms inedible. Very disappointing considering the previous positive reviews. We won't be going back.

Lovely cafe; great vegan options - Edit
I visited Yum Yums for breakfast. The cafe is modern and cosy, with friendly waiting staff and a nice relaxed vibe. As a vegan customer, I chose Yum Yums as they have a good selection of vegan food, including vegan butter for toast/bread and they breakfast was yummy (no pun intended!). Homemade bubble and granary toast, with lovely tomatoes. They also offer vegan sausages, spinach, avocado etc as options to have with a cooked breakfast. Lunch and dinner options are updated regularly and include a great vegan selection.
