Only two vegan dishes on the menu - Edit
Very limited vegan options.
Read moreNone of the veggie main dishes can be made vegan.
Surprised that they couldn’t make the Thai yellow curry with tofu vegan.
At least they were honest and knew all the ingredients.

Terrible experience - Edit
I had a terrible experience at Jackie. The service was shockingly bad from start to finish. While placing our order, the waiter abruptly walked away before we were finished, and when we tried to tell her we weren’t done, she seemed irritated.

Some of us received our meals almost immediately, while one person in our group waited an unbelievable 1.5 hours—a full 30 minutes after the rest of us had finished eating! We had to repeatedly flag down multiple servers just to ask about our missing food, drinks, and even the bill.
Despite clearly mentioning a special request, we were served the wrong food three times and had to keep sending it back.
To make matters worse, water refills were non-existent unless we asked multiple times. For a place charging such high prices, I expected much better service and organization. Overall, it was a frustrating, expensive, and unsatisfactory dining experience. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
