Excellent drinks - Edit
This place is awesome bc of the location. I had a hot chocolate rose drink. It was delicious.
Read moreI also tried their avocado salad and nachos. Both were overpriced and the portions were confusing, not really worth the price. I did like their tortilla chips, which they advertise as gluten free but so are all other tortilla chips bc tortillas are made of corn. The nachos were mostly chips very little beans and cheese. It's basically their "chilli" on top of tortilla chips and some homemade cheese. The chilli does not resemble chilli and it taste canned not home made. Happy cow shows this place as a vegan but it's vegetarian. A lot of things taste like it is from a can. Spices are lacking. They are open limited hours and run out of things early. Each time we went several items were not available.

PS I'm used to LA county quality vegan food and I'm a foodie who can cook well. I say that, because you may love it.

Wow this is the first bad review I have seen for this place. Seems biased.

Vegan Chili! - Edit
The chili was perfect for a cold day in February. I would describe the base a a brown vegan roux. Maybe it’s the starch released from the beans that gave it an earthy flavor versus using tomatoes as a base. We added a little hot sauce, corn chips and cheese!

Vegan Eats! - Edit
Vegan eats are limited in 29 Palms, Joshua Tree & Yucca Valley overall. Add this place to your list. We stopped for a bite to eat & we were satisfied. Friendly, clean, healthy food with many vegan options plus unique hot drinks like Earl Grey Lavender Late & Tumeric Ginger Late. A unique Rose Water beverage which is soda water w/ rose hips over ice. They sell homemade dog biscuits too. Dog friendly patio was a bonus!!

Cons: Toppings on loaded nachos were scarce.

Definately would support this place if you are in the area!
Probably wouldn't order the rice pudding again but everything else especially the pesto cado was so delicious!

Great meal - Edit
I was only in the area for one day so I made sure to visit here. Coming into town from LA this place comes up on you really quick, on the right side of the road. Be aware of the cars behind you because traffic moves pretty fast and you have to make a quick turn into their lot. This day there was only outside seating.
