Perfect place for dining with non-vegans - Edit
This restaurant and the neighbouring 成家小館 belong to the same owner, so one may sit in either but order from both, just ask for the vegetarian menu if you sit in the 成家小舘. The style is very traditional Taiwanese, the menu is huge and there are many vegan options. I doubt that there is an English menu or that the staff speaks English though.
