Enjoyed this lovely dish which was served with white rice. I had a large fresh orange too. After reading the previous review, I made sure to clarify that I was vegan and explained about the no fish sauce, no dairy etc and had no issues.

So, the staff were lovely and the food was fantastic, but they did originally send our pad Thai out with egg on it, so it had to be remade. I think the problem is that the serving staff aren’t Thai but the kitchen staff are, so it is being lost in translation. The server is putting vegan but they’re reading that as veg - you need to ensure they state no egg, no milk, no fish sauce. Wouldn’t go again, or would go but would insist on speaking to kitchen staff to repeat our order.

Had vegan options on the menu, ordered the vegetable spring rolls & vegan Pad Thai.. spring rolls came, didn’t look anything special, ate one & thought this tastes funny. When I looked inside I thought this seems like meat, called the waiter over .. they’d only served me MEAT spring rolls!!!!! When I said to the waiter I ordered the vegetable ones, he said they didn’t have any!!! To say I’m upset is an understatement!! This place needs removing from happy cow!!

Of course we would have liked you to be satisfied as our client, a thing which is our highest priority.
Having said that we must emphasize that we do not have any ´´vegetable´´ spring rolls on the menu. It does not say ´´vegetable´´ nor has it a sign of Vegan/vegetarian attached to it on the menu. As a side note even a ´´vegetable´´ spring roll in most cases would contain egg and would not have been classified as vegan either.
Now,we do not pretend to be a vegan restaurant.
We do have however, indeed wonderful and lovely vegan options (please read our other reviews), but as we do serve meat, fish and egg it is always recomendable to clearly verify that the option chosen is 100% vegan if that is expected.
Please join us again and we will happily and readily, having learned from your experience, guide you completely through the Vegan options!

We fancied a change from the norm and found this nice Thai in the Old Town. Had the spring rolls to start which were nice enough, then a really beautifully flavoured (and spicy!) thai red curry. Was decent value and lovely polite staff
