Soi 70, Hua Hin, Thailand,

Look for bright yellow sign YOUTA. There's a stall near railroad and a stall near Soi 70. Youta is a chain of food stalls serving veggie food from vegetable curries and imitation fish red curry to fresh corn fritters and bananas & sticky rice cooked in a banana leaf on the charcoal bbq. Previous locations at Soi 88 and Soi 6 have both shut.

Tasty, cheap, fake meat, spicy - Edit

My boyfriend and I found the place by coincidence. All I can say is that the Basil Fried Rice (35 baht) is one of the best dishes we've eaten in Thailand!

Pros: Nice people/owner, Ask if you want spicy or not, Very cheap

Vegetarian food in Hua Hin - Edit

We were delighted to find this tiny road-side foodstall and visited almost every day during our stay in Hua Hin, where every other restaurant is seafood. The owner is friendly and welcoming and the menu varies daily - inexpensive, hearty and flavoursome vegetarian fare.

Pros: 100% veggie, Cheap, Hearty food

Cons: Only open during the day
