You build you own pizza here. You choose the type of dough, sauce, cheeses, toppings, etc. They had Daiya brand vegan mozzarella and a pretty large variety of toppings to choose from, and a non-dairy sorbet (mango I think?) The staff were all polite and helpful. My daughter ordered 'regular' pizza and said it was really good. Granddaughter even approved of the crust! I especially liked how they pre-cooked the mushrooms in what I was told, olive oil & garlic, until slightly crispy. Should I ever be back to Murfreesboro again, I will most likely visit again.
