Just simply not good - Edit
I'm not super familiar with the Dubuque vegan possibilities but there are certainly better options than this. On the plus side, very nice employees that were helpful. They changed their gloves, verified what was or wasn't vegan, etc. No issues on that front. But this is basically Subway but with pizzas instead of sandwiches. It is fast food for filling your stomach out of desperation, nothing more. It is essentially tasteless no matter what you put on it. If traveling through Dubuque I would try pretty much any other option. It can't get much worse to be honest.

Cons: Tasteless, Very tasteless, Incredibly tasteless

Good Vegan Options - Edit
In town visiting non-veg family. This place has plant based cheese and plant base sausage. I confirmed that their dough does not contain any dairy or egg.

Lots of Veggies to Choose from! - Edit
I really enjoyed this casual pizza spot. As far as I could tell on the allergen menu the white, wheat and gluten free crusts are vegan (but do your own homework if you visit here). Tons of veggies, vegan cheese and even vegan sausage to top your pizza with! The only reason I took off a star was because the pizza makers did not change their gloves in between making pizzas. Something they could improve upon for vegan customers.

Cons: Workers need to switch gloves for vegan pizzas
