A Fantastic Experiemce - Edit
You love the food and experience eating at this restaurant. Every bite was fantastic, and the service is very attentive. I cannot suggest you order any particular vegan sushi item at this restaurant, as all of the items are equally great. I can recommend you order the lemonade with tarragon and the mango tapioca chocolate cake.
Pros: wonder vegan sushi, attentive service

Seriously innovative - Edit
I found this on happycow and was impressed with the food here, especially the variety of ingredients. The staff however is too serious about making the meal feel special, and for me that came across as a bit overly theme oriented. Price is not cheap by Warsaw standards, but it's reasonable for what you are getting, a fine "date restaurant" and also a good place to bring your seafood eating friends to try vegan sushi.
Pros: beautiful creations, vegan sushi, innovative
Cons: waiter is too serious

ouch - Edit
Youmiko tries to be one of this fancy restaurants in town which everyone is talking about but fails because of arrogant staff, overpriced menu and total lack of idea for itself. The amount of errors in staffs behaviour is huge. If there's no free table, they absolutely can't say this calmly. When you ask waitress for a specific position in menu you feel awkward and stupid. After spending 40 EUR on two (quite much in Poland) we still felt hungry and went to eat some pizza. Also the way to serve sushi leaving 2-4 pieces every 5-10 minutes is ineffective even if I understand the explanation of heating them one by one and want to give them to client in specific condition, which by the way isn't anything really worth talking about. Edamame is much cheaper and much better in my opinion.
Pros: Interesting tastes
Cons: Prices

good sushi - Edit
For a takeaway I had to wait 30min the first time. The food was good but I order a mix plate for 2 for myself, which makes it expensive. Otherwise it wouldn't have been enough. The second time i was unable to order the takeaway. When I arrived and asked for a takeaway, the waitress told me to choose from the menu. The owner just said no, that they were too busy to take any more orders.

Almost mystical experience - Edit
I have eaten at many great vegan restaurants in my life, but 3 people varied set at Youmiko Sushi is an absolute apex of my culinary experiences. I have felt like I was eating works of art, and the whole experience was almost mystical. Courses of magical Japanese fusion creations were presented to us one by one by polite and knowledgable staff, the ambience is pleasantly minimalistic, the tastes - heavenly. Total foodgasm. We left the place feeling satisfied and happy with our lives.
Pros: Amazing taste!, Beautiful presentation, Great staff and ambience
Cons: They need to open more branches!

Good food, but quite expensive - Edit
I have visited this place twice. Sushi is amazing with different fillings and a lot of interesting things inside. But I have to mention it is pretty time-consuming, because you wait for every two pieces, so you should have at least two hours.
Staff are nice but prices high!

vegan sushi - Edit
I recognise Youmiko from their restaurant im Cracow so when I heard they were opening a vegan-only place in Warsaw I knew I had to visit it. You can order the sushi to either eat in or take away; we chose the latter options. The waiting time was less than 20 minutes. We chose a set with different kinds of pieces, with fillings including tenpura (fried veggies). It tasted pretty good, the sushi was definitely on the 'modern' side, kind of reminding me of fusion kitchen. The prices were quite high though and I'm not convinced yet it was quite worth it. In overall I'd say I'm glad there's more vegan-only Asian cuisine restaurants in Poland.
Pros: interesting fillings, first vegan-only sushiya im Poland that I've heard
Cons: prices

Great sushi - Edit
They have great vegan sushi, the place is beautiful. The prices are a little higher than every other restaurant we went to in Poland but it's still very affordable for tourists.

Best sushi in Warsaw... - Edit
Best sushi in Warsaw, not only for vegans! Exceptional flavors and delicious miso soup with a hint of lemon flavor - the best I've tasted in my life. They even have tamari sauce, which made me very happy, since I am gluten-free.. It's very pleasant to look at the contemplation of the sushi Masters while they create their artful dishes, a very cool vibe overall. I'm waiting eagerly for brown rice. Prices adequate to the quality of food.
Pros: Excellent Food, unique flavors, Friendly staff, Nice vibe

They are so creative! I recommend taking a menu. It's a culinary adventure and delicious surprise :) The staff explains the ingredients of every dish when they serve the dish and this adds to the experience.

Perfect sushi - Edit
It was my first time visiting Warsaw and YVS and I enjoyed it! Chose big lunch set and coconut water, everything was perfect, fresh and interesting. Even plain avocado maki was with some crunchy ingredient that make it taste new!
Pros: Near city center, New tastes, Fresh ingredients
Cons: Small placement

Tasty, delicate, beautifully assembled. They have different sets you can chose from so you can always have different combinations. The restaurant itself is very pleasant and staff is friendly. They also serve japanese beer and some cocktails. Very recommended!

Best sushi I've ever had - Edit
Youmiko is a new place on the vegan map of Warsaw and has a chance to quickly become one of the hottest spots. The sushi they serve is superb - very interesting composition of ingridients, structures and tastes. My favourites were nigiri with oyster mushroom and 'the cake' which justs melts in your mouth. The rice is exactly the way it should be (which is not the case in most of the sushi places in Warsaw) and sushi is served by the sushimasters piece-by-piece so that it's as fresh as possible. Add to that cosy interior, good music and organic wine and you have a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend going there before you will have to wait in a long line to get a table :)
Pros: atmposphere, sushi , affordable prices

Awesome!!! - Edit
I spotted this restaurant on Happy Cow first. A bit uncertain about no reviews but we decided to give it a try. I didn't know anything about Yumiko just when checking up opening hours on FB discovered that they are few days newborn in Warsaw. And that they had pretty good reviews for their joint in Cracow. So I was sure that it will be peaceful dinner, probably not many people there. Not at all. I got shocked. The place was full - I mean FULL. They asked me about reservation…! But finally one of the girl from the staff (thank You) found me side table and they organized second chair. Very nice and respectful if I had no reservation.
Ok so let's see what they have! We got paper menus with set compositions and decided to get no.V set 32 pieces I think 6 different kinds for two of us. The food didn't come at once. They prepared it kind after kind and were bringing to us to the table introducing the sushi kind and ingredients. It was so cool to wait what they will bring next!
The sushi was absolutely AWESOME. We had lots of sushi before, my partner is not even a vegan and he was in Japan so - we really can compare. It was awesome for both of us. We loved it. The taste, the ingredients, the structure, the looks and THE TASTE was just beautiful.
There were mushrooms, carrots, pumpkin and courgettes in tempura, roasted almonds and more going on. Enough to say that we forgot to take photos. Six times we forgot. Yup.
When the sushi arrived we were just admiring and attacking. We did remind ourselves to take a picture sure - but when the plate was empty.
Did I say enough? ;)
