We love the vegetable pide (Turkish pizza) - minus cheese, served on a long wooden board. Always generously covered with toppings and always delicious. Wash it down with ice cold Efes lager (also vegan)

Home cooking at good prices - Edit
I was greeted on the street by a young boy working in the family restaurant. He was friendly & practiced a little English with me. The place was busy, with mostly Turkish families - which is always a good sign.
Read moreThey bring out free bread with yoghurt & a tomato onion sauce on arrival. I had to ask 2 waiters before I confirmed one dip had yoghurt but they took it away once I told them I don't eat 🙂
They had many dishes in the cabinet that were vego/vegan - the Owner/Manager took me over to show me all the options & what I could order in the menu. I had to check about butter in a few dishes, but he asked the chef & then I could avoid them.
I ordered cabbage rolls - which were very delicious & a vegetable pide. It was so much food I only ate half & got the rest to take away. With a tea as well, was 130TL for 2 meals worth of food. Good value for a busy area 🙂
There were a lot of staff so service was fast, everyone was friendly & they have a nice garden seating area which is cool to sit even in summer. Would recommend any vegetarians & vegans who aren't afraid to ask a few questions 🌿
Pros: Selection of dishes , Generous portions , Good value for money
Cons: Serves meat , Had to clarify vegetarian vs vegan a few times
