Good options - Edit
Several good options - either vegan or could be made vegan. Salads, soups, sides, burger, curry. I went with the lentil Dahl and side of onion rings - both lovely. Probably slightly on the expensive side, but that’s how things are going I suppose. Nice service, nice interior.

Tasty lunch - Edit
Went after a walk up banford edge. Nice pub and space outside to sit if weather allows. There were a couple of vegan main course options, a burger and a curry. There was also a vegan dessert available, brownie and ice cream.
Read moreI had the vegan burger, had a pretzel bun and a tasty onion relish and vegan cheese on the burger. It was really tasty. Came with chips which were also good.

Best vegan pie in Hope valley - Edit
Randomly stopped here for lunch whilst on a day tour of the area. Wonderful vegan pie, the extra side of veg was fresh and tasty. The staff were lovely with my elderly parents. Thoroughly recommend this place for lunch. They have expanded their vegan options since TOT1990’s earlier review.
Read moreSecond visit was for an evening meal. There were other options but the pie was so good I had it again. Perhaps a different chef. The pie was just as good, and the potatoes were better, but the veg were slightly overcooked and not very hot.

Me and my partner came here after a long walk along Bamford edge. There are only two vegan options and vanilla ice cream for dessert. We had the burger and it was very tasty! I would recommend for anyone who loves burgers!
