Enjoyable sushi - Edit
The vegan options are clearly labeled. Since a few years they have added more and more vegan options. They have the standard makis that are vegan but also offer other rolls such as the mango-avocado or their newly made papaya and aubergine/eggplant sashimi. Delicious sushi, rather expensive.

Newly improved selection and labeling - Edit
The take out sushi at yooji's is very good (considering it's pre-made) but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. There are three new and unusual kinds of vegan sushi including a seitan one, which I can recommend. The prices are quite high for take out, tough, and you need several for a real meal. The labeling on the take out is very clear, however on the dinner menu you have to look for a small "v".
