Newly improved selection and labeling - Edit
The take out sushi at yooji's is very good (considering it's pre-made) but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. There are three new and unusual kinds of vegan sushi including a seitan one, which I can also recommend. The prices are quite high for take out, tough, and you need several for a real meal. The labeling on the take out is very clear, however on the dinner menu you have to look for a small "v".

When vegans really want sushi - Edit
Very limited options for vegans, even when shelf is full. Taste is nothing special, only for emergency sushi craving.
