really upped the vegan game - Edit
yooji's has so many new vegan options, it's far away from the start where vegan options were avocado, rice & nori rolls.
Read morethe limited edition is testing new waters; a lot of sushi and soups veganified. Seitan, roots, pulled, tofu, many protein options. we can really recommend the salted double trouble as dessert!

Newly improved selection and labeling - Edit
The take out sushi at yooji's is very good (considering it's pre-made) but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. There are three new and unusual kinds of vegan sushi including a seitan one, which I can also recommend. The prices are quite high for take out, tough, and you need several for a real meal. The labeling on the take out is very clear, however on the dinner menu you have to look for a small "v".
