Newly improved selection and labeling - Edit
The take out sushi at yooji's is very good (considering it's pre-made) but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. There are three new and unusual kinds of vegan sushi including a seitan one, which I can also recommend. They are finally available in a vegan only combo. The prices are quite high for take out, tough, and you need several for a real meal. The labeling on the take out is very clear, however on the dinner menu you have to look for a small "v".

In terms of sushi, yes. But when I got there today they additionally had avocado wrap, vegetable tatar, cucumber wakame salad, kimchi salad and hiyashi salad - all nicely grouped together. That's a pretty good vegan selection. They may even have had vegan noodle soup, didn't pay attention. You may want to revise your harsh rating.
