Surprising Vegan Find at the Airport - Edit
Just before my flight I found this place thanks to HappyCow. I enjoyed tasty vegan sushi and a healthy bowl. The menu actually offers a fair selection of vegan options, making it a great resource for anyone passing through the airport

There are two Yooji’s locations at the airport (Gate A and Gate B). They offer cold, premade food, nothing spectacular, but surprisingly tasty. There are limited vegan options at the airport, so it’s a solid choice.

The store woth the small tables (not the stand) has quite a few vegan options. It doesn't taste too bad but not even that great.

I wasn't expecting much but it was pretty tasty! I had the combo that had 6 pieces of 3 different kinds. Maybe a little pricey but so is everything at the airport. They have two locations, one in terminal A and one in terminal B so in case they run out of vegan options in one of them you can try the other.

Newly improved selection and labeling - Edit
The take out sushi at yooji's is very good (considering it's pre-made) but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. There are three new and unusual kinds of vegan sushi including a seitan one, which I can also recommend. They are finally available in a vegan only combo. The prices are quite high for take out, tough, and you need several for a real meal. The labeling on the take out is very clear, however on the dinner menu you have to look for a small "v".
