Delicious sushi - Edit
The sushi train is super cool! Their plates are nicely labeled so you quickly see which ones are vegan. You can also order more specific sushis and noodles that are freshly prepared and very tasty. Unfortunately, it's very expensive (like most good sushi places anyway).

Newly improved selection and labeling - Edit
The take out sushi at yooji's is very good (considering it's pre-made) but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. There are three new and unusual kinds of vegan sushi including a seitan one, which I can also recommend. They are finally available in a vegan only combo. The prices are quite high for take out, tough, and you need several for a real meal. The labeling on the take out is very clear, however on the dinner menu you have to look for a small "v".
