Vegan Tamales 🤤 - Edit
Travelling with a vegan and two non vegans, so this place was a terrific compromise.
Read moreThere are 3 types of vegan tamales, one with mushrooms, one with veggies and one with hierbasanta (my favourite).
They also serve tascalate, which is a regional chocolate and corn drink served chilled which is delicious.
Service was quick and prices were super cheap.

It’s a chill place with a couple of savory vegan tamales and sweet tamales. It’s nice if you want to try out some Mexican food, but not exactly high quality, healthy cooking.

Tamales deliciosos, pero no es vegano - Edit
Nunca había probado unos tamales tan ricos, la textura es perfecta, húmeda y no pican nada. El de vegetales y de hoja santa muy ricos. De Dulce el de fresa es el único vegano, el atole de guayaba delicioso. Espero algún día se vuelvan completamente veganos.

Tried one of each of the vegan tacos and the strawberry which is vegan and that were all awesome. Loved the yerbasanta the most.

The tamalas here were delicious. They offer 3 vegan tamales and they told us that their sweet strawberry tamale is also vegan. Definitely make a stop here if you crave some tamales

Delicious Tomales - Edit
The tomales were delicious especially the fresa one. It taste like strawberry cake! Make sure you go close to when they are open. They run out of flavors and they have Iike five vegan options.

Los tamales siempre ya estan pre hechos así que se agradece q hayan puesto opciones veganas, ya q en geberal solo se consiguen los de elote. Comimos los de hierbabuena y el de coco (dulce), nos encantaron. Probamos el tazcalate, una bebida local, riquisima tb y super barato.

Clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options (4 combined of total menu). Service is good and they are kind, the tamales are honestly among the best I’ve tried in Mexico. Super impressed and ate here 5 times!
