Tasty! - Edit
The name, obviously, suggests that eggs are a focal point, but you can ask for no eggs. The food is extremely tasty, and the kimchi is vegan. Seriously amazing flavor. Only negative is the price (it seems reasonably priced for the meat dishes, but the veggie dishes seem expensive, especially since you don't get much tofu with the bibimbap).
Pros: Super tasty, Vegan options
Cons: Veggie options are kinda pricey

Delicious - Edit
This was so good and so fresh. It's actually tastier Korean food than I ate in Korea. Bonus: unlike in Korea, it's not all flavored with pork! Be prepared to wait a bit; there is a small staff doing all the jobs and they are making everything fresh. It's worth the wait, though. Vegans be warned that everything came with an egg on it (it is called yolk), but we eat eggs, so that was OK. They even have authentic green tea and ginger ale. Vegetarians can enjoy a rice bowl with mushrooms or a bib bim bap with tofu. The menu is fairly short for everyone, but there were choices for all on the menu. We will be back.
Pros: Large portions, Fresh, tasty food, Affordable
Cons: Ambiance (strip mall), Takes time to get food, Limited menu
