Excellent vegan options - Edit
I had the Gyoza and the Tantanmen Ramen. Both were delicious. The Ramen were quite spicy which I liked (also indicated in the menu). Compared to the selection of non-vegan options the number of vegan options is really good there.

Delicious ramen - Edit
This place is small so firstly - reservation is a must! It is easy to reserve online via their website. I was in the area for two nights and it was fully booked for the first night so I made reservations for the second night.
Read moreThere are 5 entrees on the menu that can be made vegan - we ordered the gyoza and kara-age - these were both very tasty and felt freshly made - they were super hot when served!
Of the 6 ramen dishes on offer, 2 were vegan. I ordered the « vegan ramen » which comes without a meat substitute but has lots of veg. The other option did have a meat substitute and seemed spicier from the description. For vegetarians, it is possible to add half an egg to the dish at no extra cost.
The noodles were cooked well and fresh - so soft. The broth was really flavourful and tasty, and the vegetable elements were well cooked also. Really enjoyed this ramen! Super tasty and filling. Ideal dish for colder weather - and such a cosy setting!
Servers were warm and welcoming - there were only two, sharing working the kitchen and serving but seemed to really take care and pride in their work. Delightful place - thoroughly recommend making a reservation if you are in the area!

This ramen restaurant is a must to if you are vegan and in Brest! Even if they serve meat, they have many many vegan options, it will be difficult to choose!
