Quite a few listed vegetarian options but few vegan options. I got the veggie wrap. The pesto has Parmesan in it so not vegan. The veggie waffle has egg in it as well so also not vegan. The only real options are a veggie wrap or sandwich. Tasty and filling but the food and options overall were just fine. Glad to be able to find at least something in this small little city.

I'm sorry, I just saw this message. I'm not 100% sure, because I don't remember, but I'm pretty sure it is vegan, not just vegetarian. You could call them and ask.
