One of the largest bio certificated kitchen in Germany, serving vegan and vegetarian dishes every lunchtime and evening. Menu includes a wide range of seasonal vegetables, soups or Kitchery according to traditional recipe. The salad selection ranges from green leaf salad, raw vegetables variations to seedlings, sprouts and seeds. At lunchtime there is also the possibility for brunch with a wide selection of wholemeal bread, fruit bar, porridge and different sorts of muesli. Offers spreads, jams and all sorts of side dishes, condiments and oils for refining according to individual preferences.
