Terrible, but no other options - Edit
11,5 euros for a shitake noodle soup with only 2 thin slices of a mushroom and about 6 mini cubes of tofu. All tasteless. Very poor service.

I asked what vegan options were available and the only thing they had was a tiny portion of the Kaiso Salad (seaweed salad)… even their avocado maki is in a pack with salmon sushi!

Vegan but not tasteful - Edit
As there are not many options, I decided to eat here. In the section “noodles & soup” the option “shiitake” is vegan. (The employee told me.) it’s a Soup with Noodles, Tofu, Shiitake-Mushrooms, red onions rings and a little bit of alga. Unfortunately it really missed seasoning. It really tasted like water. But it was okay for airport food, I guess.

Overpriced and no vegan sushi - Edit
I’m not a sushi fan anyway, but seriously, in 2024, in such a big airport (and being half French myself I’m ashamed of this, we’re such an unvegan friendly country), the folks could at least put together some avo and cucumber rolls, it’s not that difficult.
