Finally anything to eat in Copenhagen Airport! - Edit
We have searched for vegan-friendly restaurants at the Copenhagen Airport without success at previous visits - so when we found Yo! Sushi that actually could offer the following we were delighted!
*Maki rolls with avocado
*Inari
*Seaweed salad
*Edamame
*Fried rice (without tofu)
*Miso soup
All these items are vegan (or can be made vegan if you ask!). They also sell cashew and almonds as a complementary protein.
The food was OK, the fried rice was a little salty for our taste but we were just so happy to find anything that we don't really want to complain! The miso soup was generous in size, had plenty of seaweed and tofu and they offer free refills!
