Fabulous

The owner is so cute! She moved her restaurant from Taipei because she enjoyed visiting Penghu and didn’t have any vegan restaurant options at the time. For the coconut green curry, she tried to recreate the flavors she tasted when she visited Chiang Mai. It’s delicious! I hope I get the chance to try some more of her menu. She also sells some grocery items, including popcorn in two different flavors and a healthy coffee.

The restaurant is a 20-minute walk from the airport and is only open until 6pm and closed on Wednesdays; so plan accordingly!
