Lovely vibe… shame about the food - Edit
Lovely rooftop space to eat and relax.
Read moreUnfortunately the food is really not good:
- Only about 6ish vegan things on the menu (some of which we’re not available when we were there).
- The dolmades were dry and super-basic - seemed like they could have come from a can.
- The rice in the yemista (stuffed tomatoes and capsicum) was literally crunchy and in no way cooked. Basically inedible.
- The Greek Salad was just some vegetables dressed with some salt and nothing else - not even a splash of olive oil.
Seemed like the chefs couldn’t care less what their food tasted like - really disappointing.

This multi-room restaurant also offers seating on the outside stairway. It's not worth a special trip, but the food is simple and quick if you're nearby.

Well worth the visit if you go to the Acropolis - Edit
We went to Yiasemi for morning tea after our visit to the Acropolis. It was just what we needed - iced coffees ( freddo), chocolate pie, and Halva. The sweets were lovely - not overly sweet.

Lovely terrace, nice food - Edit
I came d’or dinner. I really enjoyed the amount of al fresco seating on the rooftop, stairs, and terrace. It’s a lovely restaurant, especially after dark on a warm night. The food is good, but a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. Come for the atmosphere and ambiance, but know you’re paying a bit extra.

Unique terrace close to acropolis - Edit
I sat up on the terrace/roof and it was super cute. I got a chickpea dish that was very affordable and filling. The staff was great.

Really sweet little restaurant, tasty food, good prices - Edit
We loved this little restaurant. Finding vegan food in Athens isn't particularly easy, and although this restaurant is not even vegetarian, it does have a large number of vegetarian choices and enough vegan ones to be able to go there a couple of times and eat from a selection of different plates each time. The setting is really picturesque, it's on a narrow street made of steps up the hillside, which is pretty much all filled with small restaurants with chairs and tables out on the steps, and there is colour, food, music and twinkling fairy lights all the way up. We were there in February and it was a bit chilly for sitting out in the evening, but it's really pretty inside the restaurant too, with a lovely open fire to warm yourself by. The food there is small plates that are very cheap, so you can order a number to share. It's tasty, the staff are friendly, all the ingredients for a perfect meal out.

Tasty food &cozy place - Edit
The food was really good! Especially the apple pie was really delicious!
Read moreOn the menu it states really clearly which dishes are vegan or vegetarian and which ones aren’t.
The only think I recommend is not ordering everything at once because they brought our desert before we were even finished with what we took for starters (and because it was a small table we had to eat really fast so we could stack our plates to make place so everthing would fit on are table).
Pros: Cheap , Friendly staff
Cons: Not a lot of space, Kind of long waiting if you go at a busy moment

Best meal in Athens - Edit
The most adorable little restaurant with tables in
Read moreWe had the vegetable tart (my favorite), the chickpeas with tomato and rosemary, and the cabbage dumplings. Everything was delicious, and they had plenty more options too, even dessert. We had a piece of the chocolate tart, which was okay (has banana in it which I didn’t expect. This was my favorite dining experience in Athens, because of the food and lovely atmosphere. They have multiple rooms with quaint decor and Amélie vibes.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Extremely cute interior, Has seating outside on the famous steps
Cons: Understaffed

A charming little spot - Edit
Beautifully decorated little spot. So much charm and the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, fresh and very good value for money. We got 3 dishes between 2 and some bread and was more than enough. We sat on the leafy roof terrace, definitely recommend!

Amazing location and fantastic food - Edit
This is the place I would propose to a lady to marry me if I was a guy😉super cosy, romantic decor, lovely layout with different levels and roof terrace. Nice music, friendly and unobtrusive staff. Modern and young vibe, but Greek tavern style. A one of a kind place! Food was also really great, I had a vegetable pie and the stuffed cabbage leaves. Great taste, perfect Flavors. Highly recommended!

Meh - Edit
There was a list of vegan options for sweets and i ask what do they have from the list and there had only one(out of 6 or 7) and when my tart came it was decorated with whipped cream and when I asked if it was an animal product they had to check and they asked me if I wanted it or no and I said that I ordered vegan for some reason. And also one of the sweets (they don't have it anyways ) contains honey.

Nice selection of vegan food although not enough in my opinion , I tried the stuff cabbage leaves and were very tasty.
Only minus point was all the vegan desserts had gone in the afternoon , so hardly any vegan puddings left for dinner.
Pros: Helpful staff, Really tasty food, Nice atmosphere
Cons: Limited vegan selection ( but all tasty), Service is very slow and laid back

A place for coffee, tea, wine and beer. It offers sweets and dishes for lunch and dinner.
