food court, usual vegans Chinese restaurant offers rice noodle veggies - Edit
Lots of seats. Inexpensive clean bland Chinese food. They do have condiments. Around the corner is a fresh juice and smoothie stall. You have to buy prepaid card at the food court to pay. Inside a mall. Plenty of seating available. On a Main shopping Street served by buses and train.
Pros: vegan, convenient inexpensive clean fast
Cons: no spicy option. no ambiance

Great value Vegan meals! - Edit
Only minutes walking from the line 1 "Tianhe Sports Center" subway stop, this was great to find a real Vegan place offering plenty of diverse, healthy dishes.
All the counter girls spoke decent English and all employees are Vegans.
It's located in the food court 1 level below street level. It's 1 of many food counters, but surely the healthiest one. Worthwhile to seek out - you won't be sorry.
Prices between 25-35rmb total. You WILL be full after the rice, veggies & soup. They even included 2 chunks of Beets!
The building is almost directly across the wide street from the "Fraser Suites" Hotel. Using the map app, you should easily find it.

Pros: Super healthy, Very reasonable prices, Super friendly & speak English
Cons: none

'Healthy Vegeterian' - Surprisingly Good - Edit
This is a food stall, but located in the 'food plaza' of an upscale shopping mall, so it's clean, air conditioned, and marble lined. The offers are diverse, the women behind the counter friendly, and the service fast. Set lunch is 26-35 RMB. A menu available in English, but don't expect much conversation.
Note that food workers do not handle money. So to pay, load in advance a dining card with cash (only) at one of the several counters in the food plaza. If you don't consume all of the balance, you may request a full refund.
Open whenever the mall is open, usually until 10 PM.

Tasty food and friendly staff - Edit
I had the tofu skins with fresh peppers, which was awesome, although the firm tofu skin's texture is uncannily close to that of scrambled eggs. Girlfriend got the mushroom and mixed veg bowl + purple potato soup. My only complaint is the same one that I have with all Chinese food: why so oily? The peanut soup or whatever the hell it is that comes with the set meals is oddly endearing.
I'm new to China, so the English menu (and English-speaking employee) was a nice touch, as well.
Pros: Cheap!, Fresh!
Cons: The purchasing system for the food court was a lit

Very Good - Edit
The food isn't quite as good as the main store located at Zhujiang New Town but it's still quite good and a few of the items are different than the option available on the main restaurants menu. I had four or five of the dishes they have over a few weeks. I'm fairly certain this place like the main location is completely vegan. It's just that many Chinese don't really differentiated vegan and vegetarian. I love the feel of Yi Tian Yi Su I hope they branch out more.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Good Food, Good Price

Solid, but unspectacular - Edit
Located on the MU floor of this seemingly nameless shopping mall, this food court was more elegant and spacious that most. And tucked away at the left side if it as you enter, you'll find Yu Tian Yi Su.
The food was almost all set menu, and the one main dish with three side dishes that you received for under ¥30 represented very good value.
The food itself was tasty enough, and the staff were pleasant (one spoke a little English). I wouldn't make a special trip out here just for this restaurant, but if you happen to be nearby, it can offer you a very pleasant, quick, and good value feed.
The food court opening hours were 10am to 10pm, 7 days per week.
Pros: As food courts go, this one is pretty nice, Good food, Inexpensive
Cons: It's still a food court
