Tiny veggie restaurant - Edit
Had been here twice on 2 separate trips to central Taiwan. Food was better the firs time, and not so good the second time.
On our first visit, two women assisted us. The second time around, only one woman (the owner) was here. She took our order, made the food, and served us all by herself. Took a while to get our food.
I remember that I had gotten a set meal which came with a cold drink, main dish of sizzling rice plate (has a piece of faux meat covered in a salty peppery brown sauce), and a cream corn soup which contain dairy powder so I didn't drink it. My husband had the hot pot, and he thought it was okay.
Not sure how it's able to survive and stay in biz.
Pros: healthy, fresh, nice people
Cons: outside Taichung, could have more choices

Nice find - Edit
Fresh foods made to order upon ordering. We ordered hot pots and a sizzling hot plate with tofu and veggies in all. Good brown rice, too.
Pros: good food, nice setting
