Really good sushi!

New restaurant in Solon, lots of seating, clean, good service. Had the cucumber-avocado sushi and sweet potato sushi. You can also pick our your own ingredients and cook it in a hot pot at your table for a fun thing to do with a group. They said to note if you are vegan and they can make sure whatever you order is made that way.

Pros: Fast service, Fresh ingredients, Good value
