Food is very affordable and nice!

quite wide selection for different type of food (both for steamboat and fried)
Price was also too good to be true.. wonder how they earn especially is buffet style. Hopefully such a gem can last through! Will definitely pop by again and try another soup based! They even have ice cream for post steamboat dessert hehe.

Pros: Wide selection, Cheap, Prompt service

Cons: Weekdays 2 pax can only choose 1 type soup base, Some fried food are cold

Have so much more potential

The price for a buffet is somewhat affordable but the selection is quite a disappointment. I enjoyed about 12% of the variety of hotpot ingredients & food. The soup base (herbal & Tom yum) I had was alright but as a hotpot place, the service needs to be way better to be competitive. i.e. refill the soup, ring rolls, identify and remove undesirable mock meats.
Maybe it is due to high expectations.

A lot of room for improvement

Vege hotpot restaurant are rare. Besides, the RM18.90 price tag seems really attractive. Thought we could enjoy two types of soup but was told only tables with 3 or more customers can enjoy that. So we chose the mushroom soup. Not a single English word on the menu but I’m sure the staff working here can speak English.

Tableware are wrapped in plastics as they outsource the dishwashing.
The serving ware in the buffet area wasn’t placed properly - one had to stick their hand into the rice cooker to get the spatula out, same goes for the mock meat station.
Mock meat quality are poor, kinda like just various blobs of soy textured meat you can get for really cheap. Dim sums is obviously not hand made in house - the braised ‘meat’ in bun is just 10% ‘meat’ and 90% bun, no veggies in it. There’s also ice creams but they’re not vegan and the ones you can get for at a really really low price. There’s no soup refilling service and the mushroom soup we chose taste so bland.
The only drinks available is just iced lemon tea and lemon water.
IMO the restaurant is trying to cut cost to as low as possible, while compromising on the quality of food serve here.
