Korean Buddhist vegan temple food. Only open for lunch by reservation only. Seats 4 tables with 4 people each. Use the naver app to find it. Serves one meal consisting of soup, rice and assorted sides (veggies, tofu, etc.). Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-2:00pm. Closed Sat & Sun.

Praise the Buddha!

Daejeon is a rather difficult place for veg people, so this little lunch restaurant is a true Buddha-sent. The food is typical korean dishes in a vegan budhist variety. You have it easy, as there's no choice, a single combination every day. Very tasty, and we paid 16000 Won each, which seems very reasonable. A bit outside, so you probably have to get there by taxi.
Make sure to book in advance!
