Good for a Montana tourist town - Edit
I didn't see the bean bowl on the menu so I ordered the hot tofu sandwich. It was basically 3 pieces of fried tofu and pickles on a bun with sauce. It was pretty spicy. I would've traded some of the sauce for a lettuce leaf or two, but it was not bad, and reasonably priced, given the location ($15). You order at the counter and take a seat in the food hall.

Vegan food in West Yellowstone - Edit
Huge space with pool tables, table hockey, and other games. Vegan food items are clearly labeled and fairly priced. A great spot to hang out after a day in the national park!
