A vegan/plant-based bakery/cafe creates various desserts and creams using chickpeas. Chickpea crumble: Boiled chickpeas, whole wheat, almond flour, unrefined sugar, allulose, coconut oil, various seasonal vegetables for each menu. Biscotti: Whole wheat, grapeseed oil, unrefined sugar, almond milk, cranberries, pecans. Forest cream bread: Strong rice flour, grapeseed oil, whipped cream, aquafaba, allulose. Beverages can be made with soy or oat milks and include Forest chocolate latte, Forest decaffeinated cafe latte and Forest cafe latte. Open Mon 10:00am-8:00pm, Wed-Sun 10:00am-8:00pm. Closed every Wed.

Mmmm!

Incredibly delicious creams and such a nice tea! Cozy small place, comfortable to take out too. Look how beautiful they pack the desserts 🥹 I cant wait to try the other variety of creams!
I highly reccomend you to try!
The creams are so comfortable to cary, take out and to keep for later, since they are in containers with a lid.

Pros: Fully vegan place, Dont use white flour, white sugar and such.., Great ideas and great staff!

Cons: Oh there is nothing I dont like, except reccomenda, Would be nice to have raw dessert options., Maybe use natural sweeteners, like dates and carob
