Food wasn't great - Edit
My friend and I went to this restaurant since it had opened fairly recently. While they do have a fair amount of vegan options, more than many other restaurants in the area, the food wasn't amazing. My friend and I both got the vegan ramen and neither of us like it very much. The noodles were overcooked, but the food was definitely something you could eat. I would definitely choose a different ramen place over this one. The portions were really big though and that was nice.
Read moreSomething I thought was really interesting and I didn't like very much was the fact that the tofu in the ramen was battered and deep fried. The way it was done, the coating kept slipping off the tofu as you would try to pick the tofu slices up.
